Mary & Peter have lived in their dream house for 14 years, but an upstairs master suite and declining health have convinced them that moving to a smaller apartment in a retirement community is a better solution long term for the still active 84 year olds. Surrounded by much that will be sold in an estate sale or given away, the decision to leave is difficult and stressful.
